- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in egg noodles and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
