One Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

A delicious and easy recipe for One Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff that brings comfort and satisfaction to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  2. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in egg noodles and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, use less broth.
  • Feel free to add additional vegetables.
