# **Outback Steakhouse Potato Soup Recipe**

A delicious and creamy potato soup inspired by Outback Steakhouse, made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a healthier twist.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup to your desired consistency.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
