  • 1 loaf brioche bread
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish and layer cubed brioche bread and blueberries.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the bread.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble over the casserole.
  6. Bake the casserole for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
