  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the milk, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and mix well.
  6. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
