- 8 ounces spaghetti or rice noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (optional)
- Cook the spaghetti or rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and chop into pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with bacon and pour the peanut sauce over the noodles. Toss to coat well.
- Serve garnished with green onions and chopped peanuts if desired.

- For a vegetarian option, skip the turkey bacon and add more vegetables.
