  • 200 grams orzo pasta
  • 300 grams prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 100 grams sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400 ml vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
