Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack.

Notes
