  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sliced beef; cook until beef is browned.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the udon noodles, soy sauce, and black pepper; toss to combine and heat through.
