  • 1 cup milk, warmed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until frothy.
  2. Add flour, sugar, eggs, and salt; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 10 minutes, then add melted butter and continue kneading until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough, spread raspberry jam, and roll into a loaf.
  6. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
