- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Pour half into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie base and top with remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
