Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken

A delicious and juicy stuffed chicken recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  3. Cut pockets into the chicken breasts and fill them with the mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for an hour before cooking.
