  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet to about half an inch thick.
  4. Layer the chicken ham, turkey bacon, and mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast.
  5. Roll the chicken breasts tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Season the outside of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Heat the olive oil in the skillet and sear the chicken on all sides until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Let rest before removing toothpicks and slicing to serve.
