  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet, cook the patties over medium heat until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove the patties and set aside. In the same skillet, add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir it into the broth and let it thicken.
  6. Return the patties to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider incorporating mushrooms into the gravy.
  • These patties can also be grilled for a different twist.
