  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. Beat in the eggs and stir in the evaporated milk.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes.
