Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables, tomato soup, and beef broth.
  5. Season with onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
