Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage links and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove sausage and set aside. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and zucchini, sautéing until tender.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
