  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon, bell pepper, and green onions to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
