- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the cheese, sautéed onion and garlic, turkey bacon, and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- Add the remaining potato slices, followed by the remainder of the toppings.
- Pour the heavy cream over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs such as thyme or rosemary.
