Scalloped Potatoes

A delicious and creamy scalloped potato dish enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish and pour half of the cream mixture over them.
  5. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham on top, then layer the remaining potatoes and cream mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
