Simple Homemade Chicken Ramen

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 150 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pot, boil water and cook eggs for 6-7 minutes to achieve soft-boiled.
  6. Once noodles are cooked, stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  7. Serve ramen in bowls, top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and carrot.
