- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and sear each side until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
