- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides and no longer pink in the center, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, mix well.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer until the rice is cooked, about 18-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
