  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides and no longer pink in the center, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  6. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, mix well.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  9. Simmer until the rice is cooked, about 18-20 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
