Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and parsley.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until the noodles are cooked.
