Slow Cooker Steak Cheddar Potato

  • 2 pounds chuck steak
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the chuck steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the potatoes.
  3. Add the chopped onion and pour the beef broth over the ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat and potatoes.
  6. Serve warm.
