  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bell peppers by slicing off the tops and removing seeds.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through.
  4. Mix the beef, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, turkey bacon, and seasonings in a bowl.
  5. Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture.
  6. Place stuffed peppers in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
  7. Serve warm.
