  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in green beans and potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Fresh green beans are preferable, but frozen can be used in a pinch.
