Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
