1 pound fettuccine
1 pound chicken breast, diced
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
Reduce the heat, then add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined, then add the cooked fettuccine and turkey bacon, mixing well.
Top with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
