- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound chorizo, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups kale, chopped
