  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the butternut squash and sweet potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
