  • 2 packages of ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.
  3. Marinate the beef slices in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the marinated beef until cooked to your liking.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warmed, then add the remaining marinade.
  6. Combine cooked ramen and creamy sauce, then top with grilled beef and green onions.
