- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.
