  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
