- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, chopped bacon, salt and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Place in a baking dish, add a little salt and pepper on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad or vegetables for a complete meal.
- You can substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
