Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, then drain and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dice the cooled potatoes and add them to the dressing.
