  • 1 pound chicken thighs, diced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until browned.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve the sticky chicken over brown rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
