  • 1 ½ cups pretzel sticks
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 ounces strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sliced strawberries and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
