- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water. Stir in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
