  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut sauce over them.
