Tasty Baked Cod in Coconut Lemon Cream Sauce

Deliciously baked cod in a creamy coconut lemon sauce.

  • 4 fillets cod fish
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut sauce over them.
