  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes and thyme, then add the chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, simmering for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Blend with an immersion blender if a smoother consistency is desired.
