  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup coffee, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur, and mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder and chocolate shavings to coat.
  6. Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
