  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the melted semi-sweet and white chocolate until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 1 hour, or until set.
  9. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
