  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté spinach until wilted.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
