- 1 pound green beans
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
- In a separate pot, whisk together vegetable broth, almond milk, flour, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
