Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
