Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter into a muffin tin and sprinkle with crumble topping.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
