- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into fries.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
