  • 1: sweet apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture, and knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough out, spread melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped apples over the mixture and roll the dough tightly.
  6. Slice into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
