Asian Steak Bites

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Slice flank steak into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the marinated steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
  5. Serve warm as an appetizer.
