  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets, then press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
